Account Officer to lead high-value projects initiatives by managing relationships with key clients, securing strategic business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in large-scale manpower supply projects and delivering tailored solutions to major clients while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Primary Accountability for Client Relationship, Contract Execution, and End-to-End Manpower Operations.

- Ownership of Client Accounts, Contracts, Recruitment, and Operational Delivery.
- Single Point of Responsibility for Client Management, Manpower Fulfillment, and Billing Follow-Up.

Skills
• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on large clients or complex projects.
• Experience in manpower supply and managing strategic accounts is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and consultative selling abilities.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and corporate procurement teams.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies and commercial contract structures.
• High level of professionalism, initiative, and strategic thinking.
• Capable of supporting, mentoring, and leading less experienced sales team members
