Job Summary:
RSCC is seeking a highly qualified QA Manager with Saudi Aramco approval to lead quality assurance efforts on a high-profile project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with Aramco quality standards across all phases of the project—from engineering to commissioning. This is a strategic position requiring deep familiarity with Aramco’s quality expectations, strong leadership, and hands-on technical experience in large-scale construction environments, particularly in marine or oil & gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an integral part of the project delivery team, ensuring implementation of the Project Quality Management System in full compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements.
- Prepare, review, and implement the Project Quality Plan; set project-specific quality objectives and KPIs aligned with Aramco standards.
- Review QA/QC documentation across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning scopes.
- Oversee the implementation of quality systems at project sites.
- Plan and execute audits and management reviews, including schedules, reports, findings, and resolutions.
- Review Quality Manuals, procedures, and supporting documents to verify compliance with Saudi Aramco codes, standards, and regulatory commitments.
- Prepare and review PQI and MQMR reports for monthly submission to Saudi Aramco.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, testing, and quality control documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Aramco quality and safety regulations throughout the construction project.
- Coordinate and resolve quality-related issues with Saudi Aramco in a timely and effective manner.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mandatory: Saudi Aramco approval for the position of QA Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Quality Assurance activities, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on oil, gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (IRCA or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and Schedule Q requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven experience with Aramco marine construction standards, materials, and inspection/testing procedures.
- Prior involvement in Aramco marine projects is a distinct advantage.
- Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., CMQ, Six Sigma, TQM) are a plus.
