Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clerk to join our team and undertake various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, filing documents, and providing support to our staff as needed.
Job Responsibility:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Clerk or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
