Job Summary:
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for our manufacturing operations. They will collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure that all production requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Review the drawings & inform to the CNC Engineer if any Discrepancy noted.
Review the Drawings & inform to the CNC Engineer if any Discrepancy noted.
Do the nesting according to the DXF files from Engineering team / Fabrication Drawings.
Prepare the sheet cutting list according to actual nesting; submit the same to CNC Engineer. Monitor the Job progress & report to CNC Engineer
Skills
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
• At least 5 years experience in CNC Machine Operation, preferably Trumpf machines Software.
• Computer literate, preferable Auto CAD.
