Data Analyst.

Job Summary:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to help support decision-making within the organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Collecting and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and patterns
- Interpreting data and analyzing results using various statistical techniques
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct data quality issues
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (eg. Business Objects), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
