Summary:
The Decontamination Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the decontamination processes within a facility to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate decontamination procedures according to established standards and guidelines.
- Oversee the handling and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
- Train and educate staff on proper decontamination protocols and procedures.
- Inspect and maintain decontamination equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of decontamination processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental science, industrial hygiene).
- Proven experience in decontamination procedures and protocols.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines related to handling hazardous materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
