Electrician

1. Job Purpose
▪ The main purpose of the Electrician job is to install and maintain electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems in businesses, and factories.

2. Principal Accountabilities
▪ Read blueprints or technical diagrams
▪ Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
▪ Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
▪ Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
▪ Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
▪ Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
▪ Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.

3. Communications and Working Relationships
▪ Interfaces with direct Manager , respond to sales support & customer equipment service

4. Health and Safety Responsibilities
▪ Complies with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety and welfare of self and others
▪ Identifies and reports to management any Health, Safety or Environmental risks and makes suggestions to address these risks and co-operate with his/her supervisor’s instructions.

5. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications
▪ Completion of electrician apprenticeship.
▪ Must have 5+ year experience
▪ Good with tools, comfortable with heights. 6. Physical Requirements of the Job - If Applicable
▪ The job of the Electrician requires local and international travel
