Job Summary:
As an Engineer In Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion. You will lead a team of engineers, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that all technical specifications are met.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and lead a team of engineers to achieve project goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all engineering standards are adhered to.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the course of a project.
Skills
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
