Facility Technician

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Facility Technician to join our team. As a Facility Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of our company facilities This includes performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for our employees.

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carp work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Coordinate with external vendors contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies needed for facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and address them promptly.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
• Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

• Have experience in Facility Technician or similar role.
• Preferred to have previous experience in working under Facility management in buildings.
• Strong knowledge maintenance repair techniques for various systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC,.- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
