Industrial Electrician

Job Purpose

• To Install and maintain the Electric equipment’s, appliances and wiring etc., of the Rawabi Specialized plant.

Principal Accountabilities: 

• Assemble, install, test and maintain Electrical wiring, equipment’s, appliances etc. for smooth functioning of the drilling Starch plant
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
• Diagnose malfunctioning system, apparatus, and components by using test equipment’s and able to locate the cause of the break down and can solve them
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment’s, and components to identify hazards defects and need for the adjustment or repair.
• Coordinate with Fitters, Operators, supervisors, assistants for smooth functioning of the plant to achieve the target
• Take the lead with safe working practices to ensure superior levels of safety and housekeeping are obtained - achieve zero lost time injuries during maintenance work
• Ensure standard work practices and procedures are followed
• Attend safety meetings and carry out Safety Observations
• Assist in the control of consumable and tooling usage to minimize wastage.

• Good Verbal and written Communication Skills.
• Good knowledge of Electric connections, use of electric tools and trouble shooting.
• 4 - 5 Years of experience as an electrician in manufacturing plant.
• Previous work experience in Starch plant is an advantage.
• ITI from a registered institute. 
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
•  Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
• Skill in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in an industrial setting
• Experience with various testing equipment and tools
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial environment
• Good communication skills for working with team members and conveying information accurately
