Marine Project Manager - Aramco Abo Ali Project

▪ Monitoring overall project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective

   actions to keep the project on track.

▪ Coordinating between multidisciplinary teams, including design, construction, procurement, and

   HSE, to ensure seamless execution.

▪ Ensuring timely completion of tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining adherence to project

   schedules.

▪ Managing project budgets and resources, optimizing cost efficiency while upholding quality and

  safety standards.

▪ Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors,

  to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

▪ Attending and leading weekly site meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and

  communicate updates to all involved parties.

▪ Overseeing compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring that

  offshore works adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

▪ Approving and reviewing method statements, ensuring that all construction activities align with

  approved plans and best practices.

▪ Facilitating decision-making and problem-solving, addressing technical, operational, and

contractual issues as they arise.

▪ Ensuring proper documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate records of project progress,

  variations, and critical decisions.

• At least 10 Years Marine experience (Dredging / Quay walls Construction)/ BCs civil engineering
