Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability and Asset Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role combines leadership in reliability engineering, asset management, and maintenance planning to ensure optimal performance of our critical assets and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive reliability and asset management strategies to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance on technical matters and fostering their professional growth.

Coordinate with technical teams and operations to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance activities.

Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Utilize root cause analysis processes to review significant failures and implement corrective actions.

Manage and optimize the use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for effective maintenance planning and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset performance, maintenance, and replacement.

Provide technical expertise in field application of precision maintenance techniques.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or a related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance planning, or related roles in an industrial setting.

Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and reliability-centered maintenance principles.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and report generation using Microsoft Office tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement practical solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Certifications in Asset Management or Reliability Engineering.

Experience with lean operations and continuous improvement methodologies1.

Familiarity with ISO 55001 standards for asset management.
