Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software robots to automate repetitive and manual tasks, thereby improving efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation through RPA.
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions, including creating process, workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand process complexities.
- Create and configure software robots using RPA tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the RPA solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of deployed robots, including monitoring performance, addressing issues, and implementing enhancements.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness efficiency of the RPA solutions and recommend improvements.
- Keep abreast of the latestPA and best practices and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
Skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Famity RPA best practices and methodologies.
- Good understanding of business processes and an ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
