Safety Officer

1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety program tailored to the specific hazards associated with
RISAL’s services.
2. Conduct thorough risk assessments with RISAL operations team for all tasks and activities associated with RISAL’s
operations in various client sites.
3. Investigate all workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses promptly and thoroughly.
4. Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios within RISAL operations.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
6. Communicate safety policies, procedures, and requirements effectively to all employees. Support TBT with supervisors.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for improving safety performance.

1. Possesses recognized safety and health certifications i.e., OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH
2. Preferably with similar work experience in industrial cleaning services or waste management operations.
3. Minimum 5 years of work experience.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Proficient in English language.
6. Preferably with experience and knowledge of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, and NEOM procedures.
7. Strong knowledge of KSA safety regulations and industry standards.
