Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Gas Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and drive sales of industrial gases and related products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the industrial gas industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets for industrial gases, including oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide.
  • Identify potential customers and market segments, and actively prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and applications of industrial gases.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and technical support, to ensure timely delivery and customer service..
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to network with potential customers and stay updated on industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial gas or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial gases and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for business purposes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong business acumen.

Skills

  • Experience in Sales & Marketing Industrial Gas is proffered. 
  • Strong knowledge of industrial gases, including their properties, applications, and market trends.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial gas market, including key competitors and market dynamics.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address client concerns and resolve issues.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
