Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Gas Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the industrial gas industry. The Industrial Gas Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the industrial gas market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business targets in the industrial gas market.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching and understanding market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement sales and marketing initiatives accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth implementation of sales activities and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
