Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Superintendent with expertise in Marine OSV to oversee the maintenance and operations of our fleet of Offshore Support Vessels. The ideal candidate will ensure the vessels are in compliance with regulations and operational standards.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise the maintenance and repair of the Marine OSV fleet.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for procurement of spare parts and services.
- Conduct regular inspections and surveys of vessels to identify maintenance needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the onboard crew and shore-based staff.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to vessel maintenance and repairs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Superintendent in the Maritime industry, specifically with Offshore Support Vessels.
- In-depth knowledge of Marine OSV operations and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Certification as a Chief Engineer or equivalent would be a plus.
