Job Description
Responsible for performing the maintenance activities for Rawabi Archer’s Workshop (supplies/ materials), including preventive & corrective maintenance.
Policies & Processes

Implement the function's policies and follow the set processes to achieve the desired objectives.
Core Activities
-
Perform regular tools, equipment, machinery & facility inspections/ maintenance and report any detected malfunction to the supervisor for repair.

Identify the necessary tools required to execute maintenance requests.

Perform preventative maintenance and repair work on machinery and tools, Equipment as needed.

Install new or repaired parts after dismantling defectivetools and equipment.

Register equipment transported from locations/ satellite countries noting serial/ asset numbers and identify and return 3rd party rental equipment, in a timely manner in addition to communicate ting the same with Invoicing and logistics personnel.

Perform full strip down, visual inspection, assembly and testing of downhole tools in compliance with Rawabi Archer’s standards and regulations.

Respond to emergencies and support any Workshop needs that arise after working hours, if required.

Prepare equipment loadouts, shipping baskets & workshop containers with equipment utilized in operations.

Transport equipment and parts around the workshop facility, by utilizing a forklift truck or overhead crane.

Adhere to work instructions, occupational health and safety guidelines and ensure to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety goggles, appropriate foot gear, back, vinyl gloves when performing work, etc.

Perform ad-hoc or any other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
HSE Responsibilities
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining fishing tools used in oil and gas rigs.
- Knowledge of different fishing techniques and procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with fishing tools quickly and efficiently.
- Experience in overseeing fishing operations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with rig crew and supervisors effectively.
- Understanding of rig equipment and overall operations to contribute to the success of fishing operations.
