Welding Machine Technician

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Welding Machine Technician to join our team. The Welding Machine Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing welding machines and equipment. Your expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with welding machines, as well as executing necessary repairs, will be vital in ensuring smooth operations in our welding department.

Job Responsibility:

•  Install welding machines and equipment according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of welding machines to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with welding machines, including electrical and mechanical faults.
• Repair or replace faulty components or parts on welding machines.
• Test and calibrate welding machines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and machine performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate machine maintenance schedules and optimize welding operations.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and new welding machine technologies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Proven experience as a Welding Machine Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of welding machines, equipment, and related tools.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
• Experience in repairing and replacing components or parts on welding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment.
• Proven experience as a Welding Machine Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of welding machines, equipment, and related tools.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
• Experience in repairing and replacing components or parts on welding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Do maintenance for the sold machines (welding machines, ceorlish machines …)
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

• Experience in Gas Industry is proffered
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining welding machines, including knowledge of different types of welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, ARC, MAG, SMAW, GTAW).
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of welding materials and their properties, such as metals, alloys, and filler materials.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to perform precise welding tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues with welding machines and equipment.
• Familiarity with welding safety procedures and the ability to adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
• Good communication skills to report any issues or findings to supervisors or other team members.
•  Attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality welding work.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks for extended periods and lift heavy materials or equipment as required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
