Well Test Operator I

Job Summary:
The Well Test Operator I is responsible for conducting well tests to evaluate the performance of oil and gas wells. This role involves setting up and operating test equipment, collecting well data, and ensuring tests are conducted safely and accurately.

Job Responsibility:
- Set up and operate well test equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collect and record data from well tests, including pressure, flow rates, and temperature readings.
- Monitor well performance during tests and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Communicate test results to engineers and other team members for analysis and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of well tests and equipment maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in oil and gas operations is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Well Test Operator or similar role in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of well testing equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and record data.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
