Project HSE Manager (Marine Construction – Aramco Project)

Job Summary:

The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs at construction sites to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Job Responsibility:

- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for construction sites. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure safety protocols are being followed. - Provide HSE training to construction staff and contractors to increase awareness and promote a culture of safety. - Investigate accidents and incidents and develop strategies to prevent reoccurrence. - Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address HSE concerns and ensure compliance with regulations. - Maintain records and reports on HSE performance and incidents.

• • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory); NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • preferred ASP/CSP qualifications
  • Must have at least 10 years of safety experience specific to the contract's scope of work.
  • Minimum 10-year offshore experience (for offshore location)

  Safety Supervisor

  • Must have NEBOSH IGC certification or any other valid safety certification
  • Must have at least 7 years of safety experience specific to the contract's scope of work.
  • Minimum 7-years offshore experience (for offshore location)

  Safety Officer

  • Must have NEBOSH IGC certification or any other valid safety certification
  • Must have at least 5 years of safety experience specific to the contract's scope of work.
  • Minimum 5-years offshore experience (for offshore location)
