Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Gas Industry Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that all products and processes meet quality standards in the gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections, and providing guidance to the production team to improve quality.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze data to track quality performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments related to quality assurance in the gas industry.
• Assures correctness and completeness of quality management documents
• Monitors implementation of QA processes and plans (Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans
• Conducts periodic team meetings to ensure alignment with QA process and address issues with QA tools
• Gathers comments and feedback to optimize systems and processes
• Reviews documentation and resolves identified issues
• Maintains automated testing procedures
• Control and update the quality management documents
• Prepare & Perform inspection and auditing plans for all departments.
• Lead the ISO certification surveillance and renewal auditing

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience working in quality assurance within the gas industry.
• Certification in standard quality management system ISO 9001
• Experience in international quality standards such as ISO 14001 & 45001
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices in the industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance or related fields are a plus.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices in the gas industry
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to gas quality assurance
• Proficiency in conducting quality control inspections and audits
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to create and implement quality assurance procedures and policies
• Experience in working with gas industry equipment and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting quality assurance processes and results
