Senior Contract Engineer Egypt Office

Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Contract Engineer to join our Egypt office. The Senior Contract Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, including negotiating agreements, analyzing contract terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Job Responsibility:
1. Negotiating and drafting contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
2. Reviewing contract terms and conditions to identify any potential risks or issues.
3. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
4. Managing contract changes and amendments as needed.
5. Resolving any contract disputes or issues that may arise.
6. Collaborating with internal teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure smooth contract execution.

Candidate Requirements:
1. BS in civil engineering
2. Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of contract law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
6. 4 years record in working in contract and claim management. Managing contracts and claims of complex industrial projects is an addition.
