Job Summary:
The Account Receivable Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the process of collecting payments from clients, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis
- Follow up on outstanding payments and arrange for payment collections
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and update accounts receivable ledger
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable status
- Work closely with other departments to resolve billing issues and disputes
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
