Crewing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Crewing Coordinator with experience in the Marine industry, specifically Offshore Supply Vessels (OSV), to ensure the effective coordination of crew members for vessel operations.

Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate crew changes, travel arrangements, and visa requirements for crew members joining or leaving vessels.
- Maintain accurate crewing schedules and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with vessel masters, port agents, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth crewing operations.
- Handle crew documentation, certifications, and training requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of crew members as needed.
- Monitor crew performance, welfare, and adherence to safety protocols while onboard vessels.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crewing Coordinator in the Marine industry, preferably with a focus on Offshore Supply Vessels.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations, crew documentation, and visa requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for crewing coordination.
