IT Support Administrator

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Dynamic ERP Administrator IT Support to join our team. The role involves managing our ERP system and providing technical support to our IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and maintain the ERP system, including configuration, troubleshooting, and updates
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding ERP system usage and technically
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure integration and smooth operation of ERP system with other software and systems
- Generate reports and analyze ERP data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and IT support

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven knowledge with ERP systems, preferably in an administrative or support role.
- Good knowledge of ERP system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for decision-making

Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
