Logistics Coordinator

• Receive and prepare work orders and circulate work orders, information and messages to and from personnel. 
• Determine the number of personnel, drivers and vehicles required to transport the type & amount of machinery, equipment and tools required to complete jobs as per the work order. 
• Schedule and dispatch personnel, machinery, equipment and tools to and from site locations as per the job requirements and customer requests. 
• Monitor personnel, machinery, equipment, and tools utilized at site locations in order to coordinate schedules based on the availability of resources. 
• Respond to inquiries/ concerns made by clients and personnel at site locations in a timely manner. 
• Examine documents received for archiving and decide on key search string references to be specified to maintain data standardization. 
• Archive relevant documents to safeguard the company and facilitate efforts in referencing information. 
• Prepare document of tool movement in and out with its relevant documents prior dispatching or upon receipt  
• Initiate and enhance procedures for electronic archiving and retrieval of archived material by authorized personnel. 
• Communicate and coordinate with Drivers and truck companies and ensure smooth transportation movement.  
• Perform ad-hoc or any other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
