Port Captain (Jack Up Barge)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Port Captain with experience in managing Jack Up Barge operations to oversee and coordinate all activities related to marine operations at the port.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise all marine activities related to Jack Up Barge operations at the port.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Coordinate with port authorities, vessel crews, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and track vessel schedules, maintenance activities, and crew rotations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marine operations team to achieve operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must be a Master of Jack Up Barges for a minimum of 48 months sea experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Port Captain or in a similar role, preferably with Jack Up Barge operations.
- Deep understanding of marine operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
