Project Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems and tools to support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with the project management team to establish project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identify financial or scheduling risks, and provide proactive solutions.
• Prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and project status updates.
• Track the progress of engineering, procurement, and construction activities, implementing corrective actions to recover any delays.
• Prepare revised and recovery schedules as required.
• Ensure compliance with project management processes, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular project assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead project control meetings and facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Implement change management processes to adjust project scope, schedule, or budget when necessary.

Qualifications:
• Mandatory: Aramco Approval for the same position.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, preferably within the construction or oil & gas sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project control, project management, or a closely related role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, particularly Primavera P6.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is a plus.
