QA Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Supervisor to oversee and lead our quality assurance team. The QA Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Lead a team of QA technicians and inspectors
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding quality
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Train employees on quality assurance principles and techniques

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Must Have Skills:

5+ years of QA experience in offshore or marine industry, Strong knowledge of vessel operations and safety standards, Experience in audits and QA inspections, Team leadership and coordination skills, Good communication and problem-solving abilities, Flexibility to travel on short notice, Familiarity with ISO standards and marine regulations

Preferred Skills:

 ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, NEBOSH or other HSE-related qualifications, Experience with DP vessels and offshore crew operations, Knowledge of incident investigation processes, Background in developing QA procedures and policies
