- Responsible for both gas and bulk products quality analysis and certification.
- Incoming inspection of raw materials and outsourced products.
- In-process inspection in the gas plants.
- Carry out Final product analysis of all gas products.
- Report failure rate to the concerned immediately and support for the necessary action.
- Maintaining all QC documents relevant to ISO 9001 QMS & ISO 17025
- Responsible for maintaining all analytical equipments and instruments.
- Responsible for housekeeping and safety in Q.C laboratory and premises.
- Carryout in process product quality inspection in coordination with plant operators.
- Inform QC manager about failure rate of products.
- Ensure all equipments (Gas analyzers / G.C’s) are being calibrated at regular interval and intact.
- Maintain analysis reports.
- Follow-up quality standards set by the company.
- Measure / monitor KPI’s
- Any other tasks assigned by Quality control Manager
المهارات
- University degree in Chemistry (Bachelor /Master)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality control functions at manufacturing industries, industrial gas, field experience is an added advantage.
- Professional knowledge of Laboratory analytical equipments, instruments and chemicals
- Technical / analytical ability to execute.
- Self-motivated
- Good computer skills such as MS office and other software knowledge and experience
- Fluent in English and local language
