Support Services Officer

• Responding to enquiries about an issue, project or service over the phone, in person and via email.
• Logging information about enquiries, issues and complaints.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports.
• Gathering information about products and services.
• Performing general administrative duties such as filing, copying, filling out paperwork.
• Assisting in the monitoring of schedules, budgets and timelines.
• Issuing invoices and reviewing incoming invoices against goods and services provided from clients.
• Creating and updating clients databases.
• Coordinating with vendors for needs, transportation, supplies, materials and onsite services
• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Organizing and managing inventory, storage, transportation and Hotels. 
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
