Account Manager

Job Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and working to meet or exceed their expectations. You will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth within your assigned accounts.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
2. Understand client needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
5. Prepare reports on account status and sales forecast.
6. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide innovative ideas and solutions to clients.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
2. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
3. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
4. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or relevant field.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements of the Job:
