Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer Unit Head to oversee our Chemical Cleaning unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations, leading the team, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the chemical cleaning processes.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the Chemical Cleaning unit, including overseeing operations, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize chemical cleaning processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of chemical cleaning services into the overall operations.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to the team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized chemical cleaning solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the unit's performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in chemical cleaning operations, with a focus on managing teams and processes.
- Strong understanding of chemical cleaning principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in chemical cleaning operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
